James joined the team in 2020 after serving in parishes in the West Midlands and South Buckinghamshire. Prior to ordination he spent 7 years in IT roles in industry which was perhaps not the most obvious thing to do with a Classics degree. He is married to Debbie and they have three children, all now 18+. In his spare time he enjoys running, reading and watching films, though not all at the same time!
